-Penalty Game: Attack on the senses. mike and SBW are taken to a special room full of high tech equipment. After being held down by the trademark torment chairs, the television turns on to reveal horrible 4KIDS dubs of One Piece (sense of sight). Head phones are placed on the winners' heads, which are connected to speakers. They are then forced to listen to terrible karyoke by Vector, who sings about his never ending quest to "Find the Computer Room" (sense of hearing). To further pour salt on wounds, Vector eats mike and SBW's pudding (reference to commentary in ShTH expert mode, which wasn't really that tough BTW). To attack their sense of touch, little helmets with electrodes placed over specific parts of the brain are dropped on their heads. These electrodes activate, forcing mike and SBW's hands to play a barrage of horrible video games such as Mega Man X6, Mortal Kombat Advance, Captain Novolin, Superman 64, The Adventures of Bayou Billy, and E.T. The sense of tase is assaulted by force-fed McDonalds food (it can be considered radioactive greaseball heart attacks on a bun) followed the a spray of skunk musk directly onto the "winners" noses.
